Remuneration and Marketing Plan

1) Your Retail Profit on direct sale of Products  ----------------------------------     Upto 25%

2) Bonus  (71%)

Here is how you make money. Join the Company and start using its products or sell them to non DXN memers for which you get a Retail Proft of Upto 25%.

Next you introduce new members to the company who in turn sell or use the company's products. You get a percentage of money from the total Point Value that they sell in a calender month. You can introduce any number of new members and there is no limit to you earnings.

1. Retail Profit ( Upto 25% )

Direct profit for distributors is when they sell DXN products to non DXN members. Retail profit is the differnce between distributor price and retail price. 

2. )Group Bonus (6% - 21% )

To be entitled for this Group Bonus, you need to maintain 1000 PPV each month.

* If a Star Agent (21%) maintains 1000 PPV and 3,000 PGPV, he/she will become a Qualified Star Agent (25%)

3.  StaGroup Bonus (25% - 37%r )

To be entitled for this Star Group Bonus, you must be a  SA and maintain 1000 PPV and  3,000 PGPV **(QSA).

   4.      Development Bonus (15%)

To be entitled for this Development Bonus, you must be a  SA and maintain 1000 PPV and  3,000 PGPV **(QSA).

5.       International Profit sharing (2%)

To be entitled for this International Profit  Sharing , you must be a  Qualified Star Diamond (QSD)

7.   Travel Seminar Incentive (2%)

       Travel Seminar incentive (TSI) shall be used by the Qualifier for the Travel Seminar organised by   the company only and it is not tranferable. A Qualifier may claim upto Maximum Travel Seminar fare against his/her TSI for Two(2) if married.

Travel Seminar Incentive Fund = Company's anual sales in SV *2%

50% of travel Seminar Incentive fund (TSIF) to be shared amongst all SA and above who met the yearly TSIP Quota set for the year.  50% of travel Seminar Incentive fund (TSIF) to be shared amongst all SA and abve who met the yearly TSIP Quota set for the year.

a.  Travel Seminar Incentive for SA Qualifier (TSIsa)

b.  Travel Seminar Incentive for SD Qualifier (TSIsd)

50% of travel Seminar Incentive fund (TSIF) to be shared amongst all SD and above who met the yearly TSIP Quota set for the year.    50% of travel Seminar Incentive fund (TSIF) to be shared amongst all SD and abve who met the yearly TSIP Quota set for the year.
